Ready to move better, live freer, and thrive longer?

Whether you're dealing with pain, returning to sport, or building long-term resilience — we'll start where you are.

Common questions about our care

What is measurement-driven chiropractic care?

Measurement-driven care means we use objective data — bilateral force testing, limb symmetry scores, range of motion measurements, and heart rate variability — to assess your condition, guide treatment decisions, and track your progress over time. You see real numbers, not just how you feel.

What makes Active Health different from a traditional chiropractor?

We take a full-body, movement-first approach grounded in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) principles. We assess and treat the entire kinetic chain — not just the site of pain — and every visit includes corrective exercise homework. Treatment plans are based on your actual progress, not predetermined visit packages.

Do you accept insurance?

We are an out-of-network provider. We provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Many PPO plans offer out-of-network chiropractic benefits. We accept credit cards on file through JaneApp for all payments.

What should I expect at my first visit?

Your first visit includes a thorough movement assessment, hands-on treatment, and a home exercise prescription. We'll identify what's driving your symptoms, explain what we found, and outline a plan based on your individual findings. Standard evaluations are approximately 40 minutes.
