Ankle & Foot Pain

Ankle and foot sprains or pain can become a chronic issue if not properly addressed early and then rehabilitated correctly. With acute ankle pain, a good rule of thumb is to ice for 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off multiples times per day. We treat a variety of ankle and foot pain and proper diagnosis and assessment is most important. We use techniques such as chiropractic extremity adjustments and manipulation, myofascial release, and corrective exercises to improve strength, stability and mobility.
