ANKLE and FOOT PAIN

Ankle sprains can become a chronic issue if not properly rehabilitated.

With acute ankle pain a good rule of thumb is ice for 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off.

Multiples times per day.

We treat all varieties of ankle and foot pain.

A proper diagnosis and assessment is most important.

We use techniques such as extremity adjustments or manipulation, myofascial release such as Active Release Technique© and rehabilitation through Functional Range Conditioning© principles.
